I was having foot cramps that woke me up almost every night. I had tried various magnesium products from the health food store and Sprouts. They were somewhat helpful, but not significantly enough to stop looking for solutions. Additionally, I didn't love any of them - either the smell or the texture didn't appeal to me (even the "unscented" ones) or they burned.

In August of 2025 I started using Deep Rub on my feet and calves before bed each night. In a little over 4 months I have used 1 ½ jars. I am rarely woken up with cramps during the night. I occasionally feel a twinge which I can resolve by changing the position of my feet. I haven't had to use my emergency treatment (straight magnesium oil) at all.

Interestingly, I have been able to stop using cuticle oil (which I used to put on multiple times each day) and only need hand cream once in a while. Just applying the Deep Rub to my feet each night (right hand on left foot and vice versa) has gotten enough of the Deep Rub on my hands and fingernails that I don't need those other products anymore! The skin on my feet is soft and not dry - I don't need to put cream on them anymore either! A wonderful side benefit!

I have also used it on occasional aches and pains elsewhere on my body and find it helpful.
