Auto Ship Terms & Conditions
- When choosing Auto Ship, you are signing up for a monthly subscription service.
- Each month (on the date of purchase) you will be charged $84 and then be shipped the selected True Love Pack.
- You agree to keep your subscription active for no less than 3 monthly payments.
- You may cancel after your 3rd payment, but any subsequent payments will not be refunded. You must cancel before being charged.
- You may change your selected Pack as often as desired, but must select a new Pack prior to being charged. Once your card has been charged, the order is locked in.
- You may not return Auto Ship Packs for a refund or exchange. However, Auto Ship Packs may be replaced due to damage or defect.
- To view the subscription details, change your Pack, cancel, or otherwise modify your subscription; log into the “Customer Portal” after purchase.
